Key Risk Factors

  • Business depends on demand for temperature sensing and industrial heating products across cyclical end-user industries.
  • A meaningful share of revenue comes from project/OEM supplies, which can be lumpy quarter to quarter.
  • Significant export exposure means the business is sensitive to currency fluctuations and global trade conditions.
  • Highly technical manufacturing requires continued investment in R&D to maintain market leadership.
  • Offer for sale forms a large part of the issue; proceeds from that portion do not go to the company.
  • IPO investing carries market and listing risk; read the final offer document carefully before investing.
